a lightweight survey system

Limesurvey looks good, but too big. Some survey platforms like Quick Survey and TellForm/OhMyForm use js, which pulls a lot of dependencies. JD Esurvey is written in Java, and I still don't know how to build it, and also a bit bloated.

I plan to write a lightweight survey system using GNU Artanis, and use Scheme to configure the surveys.

OTRv4 integration to other IM software

Currently, there's only a pidgin plugin that supports OTRv4. I hope Gajim and Psi+ can support OTRv4.
